Cancellation Policy

Before Aug. 7: $10 cancellation penalty
After Aug. 7: if we can't fill your spot, you will forfeit half of your registration fee
Health-related issues: penalty waived, full refund issued

Rendezvous welcomes and does not discriminate against any attendee based on age, race, ethnicity, religion, class, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Rendezvous is a "fragrance free" event. Some of our dancers are highly sensitive or allergic to perfumes, colognes, and similarly scented products — please leave your fragrances at home.
